§ 1 Order and Service
On the intention to let the holiday property described in the application, this property will be displayed in the desired and available languages on our websites for the entire contract term. In order to be able to advertise effectively, sol-andalucia will attempt to improve the quota of "hits" via listings in various search engines.

§ 2 Charges
The fees listed above cover the web presence for the entire duration of the contract. No further costs arise to the client except when using the services listed under § 4b. Here, however, charges will also only arise if he has signed and returned the offer previously issued by sol-andalucia. Chargeable listings in various search engines are of course also free of charge to the client because these charges are borne by sol-andalucia.

§ 3 Contract term and automatic extension
The extension of the contract for the same contract term ensues automatically if not terminated prior to 1 month before expiration of the contract term. The termination May ensue via e-Mail or telephone call. Upon request, the client shall then receive from us a written confirmation of this termination.

§ 4 Updating data
Free minor updates and chargeable major updates are differentiated. The definition for "minor updates" and "major updates" is left up to sol-andalucia.

. § 4a Updating minor amounts of data
Minor updates, such as modifying the rental schedule 4x per month, are included in the free service. Sol-andalucia does not guarantee the updating schedule. As a rule, modifications appear on the Internet within 24 hours.

. § 4b Updating major amounts of data
Major updates, such as a complete redesign, are chargeable services. Sol-andalucia guarantees prompt updating within 36 hours. As a rule, modifications appear on the Internet within 12 hours. Sol-andalucia will only carry out the chargeable modifications after the client has confirmed a corresponding offer in writing.

§ 5 Right to terminate
Either party May terminate without providing grounds up to a minimum of 1 month prior to expiration of the contract term. No charges arise to either party through the termination. A reimbursement of payments already made is not possible.

§ 6 Guarantee
Sol-andalucia makes no guarantees of any kind for the web presence of the property offered up for sale. Sol-andalucia is obligated to display the advertisement on the Internet for the entire contract term. The client warrants that the personal details and property information contained in the application corresponds to the truth insofar as is known to him and that he is authorised to offer the property for sale.

§ 7 Evaluation forum
It is known to the client that sol-andalucia will be developing an evaluation forum, as needed, where renters of his property can submit an evaluation, which will then also appear as an evaluation in the property display. The client has no influence of any kind on such evaluations; he himself, however, May submit a commentary to an evaluation. If the client is not in agreement with an evaluation he can file an objection with sol-andalucia. Sol-andalucia reserves the right to review the negative evaluation and remove it from the net in the event of inaccuracy.

§ 8 Claims for damages
Claims for damages against sol-andalucia are excluded, independent from legal ground. Sol-andalucia can also assert no claims for damages against the client.

§ 9 Consent
This contract must be signed and sent back to sol-andalucia when registering prior to 31/07/2004 because no charges are payable during the entire initial period.
