| Is your online advertising really free and how is this possible? |
Provided that you register before the 31.07.2004, you can advertise online and make small alterations such as updating the period for which the property is available for rent at absolutely no cost. Because we are a new company that wants to grow quickly so that we can offer a wide range of services within the shortest time possible, we have decided to offer all our services for an entire year free of charge provided that you register before 31.07.2004. Our hope, of course, is that you'll be so impressed with our services after a year that you'll want to stay with us over the long-term.

What details do you need for my website? |
All the details that we need can be entered into our registration document. This includes all the key information that we need for the presentation of your property. You can create an individual description for your property in the "General Text Description" field. You can send your images (as JPG or BMP files) via e-Mail to info@sol-andalucia.com or in the post as pictures, which we will scan for you when they arrive. If you would like us to take care of the rental management side of things, you will be asked to enter into a separate contract with us. Please contact us directly, if you are interested in this service.

Will my contract be extended automatically? |
Yes. You are, however, free to cancel the contract by giving us at least a month's notice before it expires. If you don't cancel the contract, it will be extended automatically for the original contract period.

Can I advertise my property with competitors of yours at the same time? |
Yes you can. Our service contains absolutely no limitations of this kind.
