Access to these free advertisements has been set at 6 months (provided, that is, that you don't ask us to remove it before hand), this means that they will be seen by a large number of people. |

How will I benefit from your real-estate service?

Well, for one, at the moment you can advertise your property for free in the Real-Estate for Sale section . Given that your advertisement will stay active in several languages over an extended period, it will be seen by a wide audience of people in different countries. The great thing about advertising properties online is that it's possible to give prospective buyers detailed information and, by using photos, a real insight into the property. This, in turn, cuts down on the number of wasted viewings and enables you to show round only really interested parties. Moreover, estate agency fees are not payable for private sales.

Yes, you can advertise up to 10 properties. You will have to make it clear in your advertisement, however, that the sale is through an estate agent and that fees will be payable.
